The Mandal was established in 1991 starting with a few dedicated members, the Mandal has grown into a vibrant community bringing together all residents of Shanti Nagar, Sector-9.
‘Miraroad Cha Maharaja – Sector 9 Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal’ proudly organizes and manages the entire Ganesh Utsav celebration. During the 11 days of festivities, over 10,000+ residents and devotees visit for darshan and to enjoy the various cultural events. We organize a wide range of activities for all age groups, including: Haldi-Kunku Ceremony, Satyanarayan Pooja, Dance and Fancy Dress competitions for kids, Drawing competitions, Sports tournaments, DJ and Garba Night. All participants and winners are recognized with attractive prizes and certificates of appreciation.
